The board (the \u201cBoard\u201d) of directors (each a \u201cDirector\u201d) of Central Wealth Group Holdings\nLimited (the \u201cCompany\u201d and, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the \u201cGroup\u201d) proposes\nto change the English name of the Company from \u201cCentral Wealth Group Holdings Limited\u201d to\n\u201cSmart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited\u201d and to change the Company\u2019s secondary name of the\nCompany in Chinese from \u201c\u4e2d\u9054\u96c6\u5718\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u201d to \u201c\u5c0f\u9b5a\u76c8\u901a\u63a7\u80a1\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u201d (the \u201cName\nChange\u201d).
