ANNOUNCEMENT\nENTERING INTO OF PUBLIC RELATIONS WORK CONTRACT\nWITH GLOBAL IBO GROUP LIMITED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The board (the \u201cBoard\u201d) of directors (the \u201cDirector(s)\u201d) of Company is pleased to announce\nthat the Company, entered into the public relations work contract (the \u201cContract\u201d) dated 14\nMarch 2025 with Global IBO Group Limited (\u201cGIBO\u201d), pursuant to which GIBO agrees to hire\nthe Company to provide public relations services, which may include media relations, content\ncreation, strategic communications planning and other related services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n INFORMATION OF GIBO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n GIBO is an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability. Founded\nwith an aim to revolutionize content creation and consumption through AI, GIBO has become\na unique and integrated AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Contents) animation streaming\nplatform that serves a broad community of young people across Asia to create, publish, share and\nenjoy. As of 30 June 2024, GIBO had approximately 72 million registered users from 15 countries\nor regions in Asia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n To the best of the Directors\u2019 knowledge, information and belief, save for its holding less than\n5% shareholding interests in GIBO by the Group, GIBO and its ultimate beneficial owner(s) are\nindependent third parties and not connected with the connected persons of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n REASONS AND BENEFITS FOR ENTERING INTO OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Company is a company incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability and the Group is\nprincipally engaged in, among others, securities brokerage and margin financing, debt capital\nmarket business and asset management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n With the entering into of the Contract with GIBO, it is contemplated that the Company can utilizes\nits experience and edge as a listed company in Hong Kong to assist GIBO in conducting its public\nrelations work.
