Asset Management services

CWAM will act as an investment manager to clients who are treated as professional investors under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”).

• • We conducts asset management services in Hong Kong which will be carried out with full discretion.
  • We will enter into an investment management agreement directly with the client.
  • We can set up long / short fund, macro fund, fixed income fund, sector fund, etc. through SPC structure.
  • We will manage assets listed globally across all assets classes with a predominantly Asian focus and with a specific focus on Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.
  • Our discretionary account management service will cover primarily listed equities, unlisted securities, and equity related derivatives.

 

Fund services

• • Advise fund managers on the most appropriate structure, operation and domicile of their investment funds
  • We will assist you with fund incorporation and navigating the regulatory approval process. CWAM ensure that the fund prospectus and supporting documentation are in compliance with the appropriate regulatory environment.
  • CWAM liaise and coordinate with investment managers, legal counsel, prime broker, execution brokers, custodians and auditors to facilitate a smooth fund set-up

• • Assessment of investment’s feasibility
  • Review of their current investment holdings
  • Preparation of reports on their holdings and investment risk analysis of positions held
  • Investment ideas to add to their portfolios or recommendation to sell certain positions they may have
