NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA.US) is in advanced talks to acquire AI startup Hugging Face, with the total transaction value potentially reaching about USD14 billion, Bloomberg, citing sources, reported. 正就收購人工智能初創公司Hugging Face進行深入談判，交易總額可能約為140億美元。
NVIDIA could reportedly forge an agreement to acquire Hugging Face for USD12.9 billion as early as this week. The deal may also include a USD1 billion employee retention package for Hugging Face staff.
NVIDIA is already one of the investors in Hugging Face. Other backers include Google, Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN.US), Intel Corporation (INTC.US) and Salesforce, Inc. (CRM.US).
