Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. He Xuqiong (“Mr. He”) has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”) in place of Mr. Chen Xiaodong (“Mr. Chen”) with effect from 1 September 2025. Mr. Chen will remain as an executive Director and the Vice Chairman of the Board.
